LED Flash 2 click
LED Flash 2 click

LED Flash 2 click is a powerful flash/torch click, featuring the MIC2870 from Microchip, a high-efficiency flash LED driver, optimized for driving one or two high-brightness camera flash LEDs. The MIC2870 IC can drive one high brightness LED up to 1.5A or two high brightness LEDs, up to 750mA each. Two high brightness LEDs are already mounted on the Led Flash 2 click, so the click board is ready to be used right away.

LED Flash 2 click provides two modes of operation - the Torch mode and the Flash mode. While working in Torch mode, the output current is adjusted so that the continuous operation of the LEDs is provided. When it is set to work in the Flash mode, the LED current is maximized and while giving a powerful light, it can not work for prolonged periods. The Torch mode will turn the click board™ into a simple handheld torchlight, while the Flash mode is good for using the LEDs as the camera flash, providing good images in various low light situations.

LightRanger click
LightRanger click LightRanger click is a proximity sensor carrying ST's VL6180X IC. This chip is based on ST's patented FlightSense technology: the sensor - consisting of an IR emitter, ambient light sensor, and range sensor - calculates distance by measuring the time it takes for a photon to travel to the nearest object and back (Time of Flight). In contrast to conventional IR proximity sensors which derive distance by measuring the amount of light reflected, VL618OX works with all objects, regardless of their color or reflectivity. LightRanger click communicates with the target board MCU through mikroBUS I2C pins (SCL, SDA), with additional interrupt (INT) and enable (EN, in place of default mikroBUS CS pin).

Load cell 2 click
Load cell 2 click

Load cell 2 Click is a weight measurement click which utilizes a load cell element, in order to precisely measure the weight of an object. The Load Cell 2 Click can be used with the strain gauge type of load cells with external differential reference voltage range from 0.1V to 5V. The strain gauge load cell is typically a circuit made of four strain gauges, connected in the Wheatstone bridge configuration. Very small voltage changes need to be accurately detected and converted into a digital form. The Load Cell 2 Click is based around the NAU7802, which is a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter, operated via a simple I2C command, from Nuvoton. This sensor has many features that make it a perfect solution for small designs. One of these features is certainly its high level of integration that allows a minimal number of external components.

Load Cell 2 Click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.

Load Cell 5 Click
Load Cell 5 Click

Load Cell 5 Click is a compact add-on board that represents a weigh scale solution. This board features the AD7780, a pin-programmable, low power, 24-bit sigma-delta S? ADC from Analog Devices. It interfaces directly to the load cell, where the low-level signal from the load cell is amplified by the AD7780's internal low noise programmable gain amplifier programmed to operate with a gain of 128 or 1. It also has a power-down mode allowing the user to switch off the power to the bridge sensor and power-down the AD7780 when not converting, increasing the product battery life. This Click board™ has many features that make it a perfect solution for safety-critical and weight measurement applications.

Load Cell 5 Click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.
